Living in New England over the last three years has taught me a thing or two about dressing appropriately for cold days, so when this trip to Nova Scotia came up I couldn’t be more excited. I knew packing for this winter vacation in Canada would be a breeze! Layers is the ultimate way to stay warm and can be used to make multiple different outfits. The most important items to staying cozy is the coat and the boots. The shearling L.L. Bean boots are great for being outdoors on chilly days and are my main go to. The hunter boots I included are not your normal Hunters, these are quilted and they are lined inside. Do NOT buy the normal Hunter Rain boot and expect to be warm, make sure you have the lining on the inside, it makes a huge difference. I have said it before and I’ll say it again, this Canada Goose Jacket has proven how warm it is on multiple occasions. I have yet to feel cold or chilly in this jacket. It’s my own portable heater. I definitely recommend getting one with a hood, it helps alot on those windy days, or walking through city corridors.
