WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because each print and frame is custom made to order we do not offer exchanges or returns.
Our large print collection (12×18 – 40×60) are all printed and framed by Adjective Art and Framing, a local framing business in Boston. Frames are custom cut and hand-made to order using sustainable grown North American Maple, from Appalachian and New England Forests, and acid free materials.
Each framed print comes with UV protected acrylic protecting your art from 99% of UV Rays. After each print and frame are completed, I head to the shop to make sure it looks perfect, then I sign, date, and number the print before Adjective Art and Framing lovingly bundles it up to ship to its new home – yours!
Our Pocket Print collection is printed, framed, and shipped by Framebridge. Frames are custom cut and hand-made by Framebridge, who ships them to you ready to hang. Framebridge’s mouldings are made of solid wood with premium finishes, including acid-free materials and acrylic with UV protection. Each frame is inspected by their experts to ensure perfection before it is shipped out to you from their studios here in the United States. Pocket Prints will not be signed.
DO THE COLORS LOOK THE SAME AS THEY DO ONLINE?
While we can’t guarantee a 100% match to your monitor settings, we strive to accurately display the prints and frames to how they look in person.
HOW DO YOU HANG THE PRINTS?
Framed Prints – Each of our framed prints include a strainer – an inner frame placed behind the artwork package, adding extra strength, especially useful for large and thin frame profiles. Each frame will come with a wooden cleat – the easiest, and strongest way to hang a print – or anything!

Metal Prints – To hang our metal prints we use 3/4″ inset frames. Inset Frames are recessed from the edges of the print, so the print appears to float away from the wall when hung.
