I could probably write for hours on the German Shepherd breed, and I definitely could write an entire book on the antics these two pull on a day to day basis.  They are as wild as they are charming.  They can scare you from the first moment you meet because of their bark, yet be your best friend in less than five minutes.  They can take me from pulling out my hair in frustration to absolute adoration in the flip of a switch. And they communicate in several ways like a human. There aren’t many days where I’m left wondering what they are thinking ~they tell me on a regular basis through their body language and actions.

These two are more than dogs, they are a lifestyle.  My lifestyle.  They are my workout buddies, my companions, my comfort when I am upset, my laughter throughout the day and my best friends.  Dogs create a special bond, and few breeds can cultivate the type of bond the German Shepherd Dog manages to pull off.
