 The Holidays are in full swing and the parties and events have started!  This weekend we had a lovely dinner in one of our investment properties in Del Mar.  Set back in a quiet tucked away neighborhood with sweeping views of the pacific at sunset made the house so charming, and discussing all of the plans of renovation was so exciting! I wanted to glam it up with sequins but tone it down with a cozy sweater and I nailed it.  Especially by adding the red lip color to spice it up! Hope everyone had a great weekend –
