This whimsical coastal print was shot at South Beach on Martha’s Vineyard on a sweet June Summer evening. South Beach is listed as one of the top 5 cleanest beaches in New England, and it’s also one of the prettiest.

I spent two evenings shooting at golden hour with my friend John Montes Jr., and loved every second of watching the skies turn to soft pastel colors as I listened to the rolling surf, and the fireflies danced along the dunes.

The soft evening  lulled me into a trance as I bounced around figuring out compositions.  While this view is a hazy pastel summer sky, directly behind me the sky was already a creamy blue with subtle hints of pink slowly disappearing from the skyline.  You can see that view in the print “Ocean Painting”.
