Besides the cut, and the classic stripes, can we please talk about how amazing this wool sweater is? It is quintessntial New England fall wear at its best.
When I first moved up to Boston I had never stepped foot in a Vineyard Vines store. To be honest I had never even heard of them….gasp, I know. Shocking. But I soon found out about this incredible brand and it has quickly become one of my absolute favorites. Besides the timeless style, it is all American at its finest. The company was started by two brothers who worked in the NYC finance world and decided the it was not the life. Working 18 hours a day, 7 days a week, who can blame them?
So they had some clever ties made and hopped on their boat and sold the neck ties off the beaches of Cape Cod. And that, my friends, is how you build a dynasty. I cant walk into that store now without buying something. Sorry I’m not sorry.
This wool sweater is the perfect example! I’m pretty sure I could wear this 60, approximately, times this fall and still LOVE IT!
